Board members asked follow‑up questions about traffic flow and dumpster routing; presenters confirmed the existing one‑way exit configuration would remain and that dumpsters would be collected via Warner and exit onto Circle Drive.
A board member moved to approve the final land development plan with the condition that the applicant address review comments identified in the zoning officer’s 12/13/2024 letter and the township engineer’s December 2024 letter. The motion was seconded and there was no recorded opposition.
The board’s approval is contingent on satisfactory completion of the specified review comments; staff will confirm in writing that the conditions have been met before the plan becomes effective.
