Warren told attendees the Murrieta Hot Springs Road widening is a $15,000,000 capital improvement that "will help mitigate congestion along this very busy stretch of roadway," adding that the work includes pavement repair, new bike lanes and sidewalks, new street lights, a new traffic signal and drainage and landscaping improvements. She said construction is expected to wrap up by next summer.
