City Engineer Stewart updated the council Dec. 3 on schedule changes for the 41st Street ditch grading project and presented Resolution 25‑12‑06 to apply for $1,500,000 from the Minnesota Local Road Improvement Fund for 25th Street (from 1st Avenue to Highway 169). Stewart said plans and specifications from Barr Engineering were expected for review and that bids would be sought with a target to bring them to the council around the Jan. 21 meeting. The council approved the resolution to allow staff to submit the grant application; Miriam Carroll was identified as the staff person working on the submittal.
