She addressed questions about website accessibility and PDF ADA compliance dates, explaining that municipalities with populations over 50,000 face an April 24 compliance trigger while smaller jurisdictions face a later effective date (she cited April 27), and recommended third‑party tools or in‑house fixes depending on volume.
