Planning staff sets Dec. 3 public hearing on official county map; historic-preservation rule changes on tonight's agenda

The item was described as technical and was placed on the meeting agenda for tonight's review.
Commissioners received the planning updates and were told more detailed documentation (including the draft map) was distributed by email and in binders; staff indicated an engineering and planning-board review had occurred and that a public hearing date was being fixed through the resolution process.
