Delaware County commissioners approve routine finances, policies and proclamations; enter executive session

The Delaware County Board of Commissioners on Oct. 30 approved a range of routine and programmatic items during a regularly scheduled meeting.
The board approved administrative housekeeping and financial items including adoption of the electronic record from the Oct. 27 meeting (Resolution 25-889), approval of purchase orders/payments and memo transfers (25-890), and designation of seven eligible public depositories for county funds for the four-year period starting Dec. 1, 2025 (25-893). Treasurer Ken O'Brien presented the depository recommendation and the board voted to approve the listed banks.
