- Stanislaw Lipinski — backyard poultry: Special permit for 18 chickens and a 9-by-5 coop at 1055 New Britain Avenue (R-20) was approved by voice vote. The applicant must complete the town registration form and accept inspection to confirm compliance; roosters are not permitted.
- Commercial-vehicle zoning text amendments: Commission continued the public hearing on proposed amendments to off-street parking and commercial-vehicle regulations to the Dec. 8, 2025 meeting to allow staff to incorporate commission-directed clarifications.
