Mary Messier, a retired school psychologist who was appointed to the committee in late October, introduced herself and said she has been working with her husband on a volunteer project to remove invasive species along part of the Farmington River Trail. "My name is Mary Messier. I'm a retired school psychologist," she said when introducing herself to the group.
Committee members reviewed public-education activities for the coming year, including newsletter items and potential sessions hosted with the public library. Garrett (meeting staff) said he will resend a shared OneDrive folder with materials and the meeting minutes for committee collaboration.
