At its December meeting, the Town of Wells Planning Board handled routine procedural business and a cluster of motions to receive applications, schedule site walks and grant extensions.
The board opened by accepting the minutes of December 2 (motion passed unanimously). It voted to receive multiple site-plan pre-applications and to schedule site walks, including for Bald Hill RV Park (site walk set for January 11, 8:00 a.m., weather permitting) and the Founders Park (Fountas Park) community-building pre-application. The board received a site-plan amendment from Go Net Speed at Majestic Regency.
On subdivision timing, the board granted a 60-day extension for Brookside Farm Subdivision to allow trail design completion; a 60-day extension for Meadoway Subdivision to allow water-supply narratives and pump-test results to be completed; and a 60-day extension for Breeze Landing (formerly Dana's) to continue coordination with DEP stormwater reviews and finalize checklist items. The 1810 Post Road Condominium amendments were found to be in compliance; the board accepted the amended plans and will sign findings of fact.
All motions noted above recorded unanimous votes in the meeting minutes. Several items were continued for additional information or for the property owner to appear in person before the board advances formal review.
