The Planning Board closed each of the hearings by unanimous vote and then approved, without dissent, a motion to forward the four items to the Select Board for their consideration. The board did not make final ordinance changes at this meeting; staff will pass the draft language and hearing records to the Select Board for its next steps.
The Select Board will receive the full packets and draft language forwarded by the Planning Board; any further edits, public hearings or adoption votes would occur at that body. The Planning Board noted no substantive public testimony opposing the proposals during the hearings.
