Council members who reviewed the block in person described it as narrow and short and said driveways and nearby streets could absorb occasional overflow parking. Several members said they would lean toward no change, and staff said if there is consensus the item could be withdrawn.
Council asked follow-up questions about snowplow operations and sidewalk shoveling; staff said plow wing usage and snow placement could be clarified later. No ordinance change or formal vote on parking restrictions occurred at the meeting.
