Park City council approves multiple plats, improvement resolutions, contracts and bids in April 9 meeting

- Letter of agreement with Wilson and Company for Channel 4 drainage improvements (design and construction inspection, lump-sum design and hourly inspection, $310,750). Motion to approve; approved 7-0.
- Bid award: Air Capital Industrial Park sixth addition (roadway, storm sewer, waterline). Low bidder Andale Construction at $1,134,982.50 (below engineer estimate); council authorized contract execution; approved 7-0.
- Ordinance amending private security agency licensing to identify the KBI for background checks (roll-call vote, all "Aye"). Approved.
- Contract/quote for City Administration Center interior improvements (JMG Construction, approximately $138,350) to create six new office/storage spaces; council authorized execution of the contract; approved 7-0.
- Approval of revised homebuyer incentive program (tiered upfront incentive combined with a five-year 75% rebate of the city's portion of ad valorem property tax for first-occupant new construction); approved 7-0.
Most action items were approved on staff recommendation; several votes were procedural or technical (final plat approvals and assessments). Council also received a presentation on pool concepts and survey results where no action was taken.
