Competitive-program finances were presented later: competitive checking began at $82,637.41 and ended at $161,323.79; competitive savings moved from $50,052.95 to $50,054.60; the stipend account showed $223.75. A motion to accept the competitive financials was made and the board approved the competitive treasurer's report for June.
Registrar and referee reports were deferred because the registrar/assigner (Shenoy Garage) was absent. The board also deferred ordering uniforms pending vendor response from 'Chad/Score' and asked staff to shop local alternatives; trophies and uniform quality concerns were raised and the board asked for quotes before placing orders.
At the meeting's close, Speaker 2 said they would attend the state AGM and raise items including background checks and age-group policy; the competitive portion was adjourned after a motion at 07:43 PM.
