All consent items reported in the meeting were advanced on motion and approved by roll call; named roll-call responses recorded multiple 'Yes' votes from board members present.
The board did not discuss specific dollar amounts for the donations during the public meeting; the treasurer said the monthly cash-flow projections and the month-ending January report are available in the meeting packet on the district website.
