Hunterdon County approves refreshed Parks & Recreation logo

Preston said the refresh "is not about changing who we are" but is intended to present the department with a cleaner, more modern look that reflects recent investments and programming growth. He noted the refresh keeps the spirit of the parks while aligning visual identity with program quality and professionalism.
Commissioners asked to see the refreshed art and then moved to approve it by motion; the board recorded a roll-call vote in favor.
The new logo will be used in future Parks & Recreation materials and on county communications where the department deems appropriate.
