Denials and other actions - SD2023-0002 (Druck Valley Road) preliminary plan: denied after supervisors concluded two required waivers (including cul-de-sac length/access configuration) were not met; staff noted the plan cannot move forward until the waivers are rectified. - Four recognition resolutions were adopted honoring Timothy Staub, James Tanzola (also referenced as Jim Tanzel/Tanzola), James Breyer and Michael Lavia. - The board acknowledged the resignation of Brian Kaufman as an alternate to the Zoning Hearing Board.
