"Basically, we're simply repairing a section of the seawall in kind and in place with some improvements on the land side," Hiltz said.
Staff and commissioners said the commission had previously reviewed the DEP certificate‑of‑permission materials and that the current submission matched prior materials. After brief discussion that confirmed the design intent, a commissioner moved and the commission voted to find the project consistent with the Harbor Management Plan; the motion carried by voice vote. The commission did not issue permits at the meeting — the finding is an advisory consistency determination to be recorded in comments to the coastal site review.
