City staff provided an estimate that next year’s property-tax revenue tied to the proposed millage will be about $2,388,153, with an increase attributable to the millage of approximately $94,398. The council explained that the rollforward process is a routine, state-authorized reassessment step intended to maintain equivalent dollar collections after property-value changes.
