Council awards $2.5M wastewater contract, selects AD Morgan CMAR and approves $4.76M indoor tennis GMP; dais AV upgrade also approved

City council dais and AV upgrades: Staff proposed raising and reconfiguring the dais, adding AV hardwiring and an alternate ballistic-panel option. The base task order was $97,383.30 with the ballistic-panel alternate quoted at $19,131.25 for a project total of $116,514.55 if the alternate is selected. Council approved the project and staff said the goal is to complete the work around the turn of the year.
Quotes and timeline: "All of the finished condition spaces will have a hard ceiling and the ductwork," Public Works Director Shane LeBlanc said when describing mechanical design for the tennis facility. Staff emphasized schedule constraints on the tennis facility procurement to meet a June 30, 2025 completion date.
