On the auditor's items, Commissioner Cresswell moved to approve and a second was recorded from Commissioner Wylie; the court approved the items 5-0.
Software procurement: The court approved a three‑year Adobe Pro license to be paid from the county clerk's preservation account after a motion from Commissioner Riley and a second; voice vote recorded as unanimous.
Vehicles: The court authorized the auction of four sheriff's vehicles — a 2017 Chevy Tahoe (199,736 miles, grill-guard and rear passenger-side damage, title pending), two 2019 Ford F-150 pickups (136,535 and 117,953 miles) and a 2020 Chevy Tahoe (158,395 miles with a cracked windshield). The court voted 5-0 to authorize auctioning the vehicles.
Interlocal ratification: The court also ratified an interlocal agreement with Throckmorton County for monitoring services by unanimous vote (see separate article).
Minutes: Approval of the county clerk's minutes from the previous meeting was tabled to a future meeting to give commissioners time to review the records.
