Young County Commissioners ratified an interlocal agreement with Throckmorton County to provide monitoring services, including electronic ankle monitors. County staff reported the counties had an agreement drafted and that, although an ankle monitor previously had been lost and damaged on a case, the party responsible ultimately paid for the cost. The executed interlocal agreement and a fee schedule were included in the meeting packet.
Commissioner Wiley moved to ratify the executed agreement; Scott Shook seconded. The court voted unanimously to ratify the interlocal agreement by voice vote (5-0). Commissioners noted the packet includes the fee schedule and service details and directed staff to proceed under the terms of the agreement.
