A Souderton resident used the Nov. 4 public-comment time to request borough assistance resolving communication problems between a homeowners association and the builder.
"The management company ... has not reached out at all," Annie Glavel told council, saying HOA leaders have repeatedly tried to contact the developer without success. Glavel asked the borough to help establish contact so the HOA and builder can work together on community issues.
Council members acknowledged the concern and said they would make a note and arrange for staff contact after the meeting. One councilor told Glavel that because the comment was made during the public-comment period, staff would follow up outside the meeting.
The borough said staff would meet with the resident after the meeting and report back to council as appropriate.
