The presenter stated there were a total of 63 professional, service and substitute personnel actions on the agenda for consideration.
The board moved and seconded approval of the personnel actions and voted 'Aye'; the chair declared the motion carried. Earlier in the meeting the board also approved a consent agenda item and approved recommended change orders for capital projects as presented, while tabling a playground cost item for further review.
At the end of the open session a motion was made and seconded to enter executive session under the relevant West Virginia code for real estate matters and pending litigation; the board voted aye and entered executive session with no public action taken at that moment.
