The first staged block is estimated to cost "just under between $75,000 and $90,000," additional blocks about $30,000–$35,000, and connecting services roughly $50,000; staff reported $350,000 is available in the project fund and recommended starting the first block over the winter.
Next steps: staff proceed with required procurement and resident notifications for the water‑main work; payments and change‑order paperwork to be finalized per the approved motions.
