The Planning Board unanimously found an amendment for the Wells Agonto Community School District athletic field to be compliant with town ordinances and authorized signing of the plan and findings Oct. 7.
Aaron Hunter of Sebago Technics represented the school district and explained the amendment. Planning staff told the board the application had previously been reviewed in detail and that required DP/CP approvals were now in the packet. "We do the whole review process at a public hearing, and the only item left was DP approval, which, if you saw on the packet, they received," staff said.
Following a motion and second, the board voted unanimously to deem the application compliant and to approve the findings of fact. Staff noted the findings cover traffic, dust, odor, stormwater runoff, erosion control, screening, water quality and sewage disposal.
