Design-review staff announces personnel change and plans for guideline update

Staff also said they have reached out to consultant Wes Cunningham about beginning a design-guideline update. The process will likely include presenting draft ideas and existing documents to the board, then holding working sessions in future meetings; staff stressed there is no strict timetable and the effort will progress as quorums and availability allow.
Board members did not take formal action on staffing or the guideline update during the meeting; staff will follow internal HR and permitting procedures and return to the board with updates as the guideline effort progresses.
