Board approves consent agenda and authorizes construction contracts
Summary
The board approved the consensus agenda and personnel appointments, and authorized the board president to sign AECI site work contracts (101A with American Paving and Excavating Inc., 103A with Concord Electric Corporation) and general construction contract 101B with Concept Construction Corporation; the board also approved use of SDA sick-bank days and moved into executive session on personnel.
