RiverCOG took two formal actions during the meeting.
First, the board approved the Oct. 29, 2025 COG and MPO meeting minutes after a motion, a second, and an aye vote; no corrections were raised and the motion carried.
Second, staff presented a financial-constraint addendum to the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) prepared in response to two corrective actions from the New Haven TMA certification review. The addendum includes tables comparing anticipated revenues and program expenditures by funding source and was developed using the statewide project-tracking software. The board moved and seconded a resolution to include the addendum as an appendix to the TIP; a correction (to list Eric as secretary) was requested and the motion carried.
Staff noted the addendum meets USDOT requirements for the corrective action and that, in future TIP work, the financial chapter will incorporate this material rather than include it as an appendix.
