CROG staff outlines workshops, warehousing study and third-place report for regional planning

Staff also presented a third-places report intended to help communities diversify land use, create social gathering places that support local businesses, and improve youth retention. The report includes suggested questions for commissions and zoning-audit ideas; staff said they will follow up with targeted audits (e.g., examining Parkville Market and Gastropub models) where requested.
Staff noted the CROG domain change to crogct.gov and warned of potential spam‑filter blocking for some new addresses. Materials and CLEAR training links will be emailed to commissioners and posted with the meeting minutes.
