The Milton School District joint technology and curriculum committee on Dec. 9 reviewed a 12‑week freshman Chromebook pilot and reported largely positive results.
Committee presenters said they surveyed about 63 high‑school teachers (roughly 40 of whom teach freshmen) and about 260 students. "All told, it was over 90% of our staff were able to meet their learning objectives," a committee member said, and roughly three‑quarters of freshmen teachers reported Chromebooks allowed them to deliver required course outcomes.
