The board approved the March 20 and June 5 minutes by roll call votes. Members moved to cancel the July 3 meeting and instead hold a single meeting on July 17; the motion carried with recorded ayes. Staff member Jen said she will be out of the office July 3–16 and that Fire Chief Nick Himel will serve as interim contact for submissions.
The board adjourned unanimously at the end of the session.
