City Manager Joe Raker presented the proposed 2025–2030 Capital Improvement Plan for the commission’s information on April 22. Raker said the CIP addendum includes bond-funded projects and that citywide sewer CCTV and televising work is underway; the city set aside $10,000,000 for any remediation identified by the CCTV program.
The commission voted to receive and file the CIP so that members and the public may track planned equipment acquisitions and project sequencing; the action was informational and does not change the council’s budget authority.
Staff noted the CIP will be refined as CCTV findings are received and prioritized. Commissioners asked no major substantive changes and the commission recorded unanimous support to receive and file the plan.
