Flagstaff names Mary Goodman deputy city manager, effective April 27

The manager thanked Kevin Fenzel for stepping into the deputy role in the interim and said the city looked forward to working with Goodman.
The manager noted Goodman will be relocating with her husband and three children; the appointment was publicized in a press release the previous day.
