Smith summarized the first-year total, including one year of premium support, at approximately $457,952 and said the recurring premium-support estimate for years two through ten would be about $46,358 annually.
A council member moved to approve the M2 contract; another council member seconded the motion. The council approved the contract by voice vote and directed staff to execute the agreement and begin installation.
