Oklahoma County recognizes Employee of the Month and names John Comstock Employee of the Year

Oklahoma County commissioners honored county employees at the Feb. 24 meeting, naming Eric as Employee of the Month and John Comstock as Employee of the Year.
Presenters called Stacy Trumbull and Eric Brent to the podium for the monthly recognition and praised Eric for reliability and responsiveness in permitting and inspections. During the employee-of-the-year presentation, a county official lauded John Comstock’s work coordinating communications during wildland fires and other emergencies, saying he is "the communications expert in the state" and noting his availability for technical coordination statewide.
Commissioners and staff offered public thanks and congratulations to both employees. Commissioner Collins, District 1, remarked on Comstock’s role converting radio systems to digital and his work with local fire departments.
The recognitions were approved by the board as part of the meeting’s agenda acknowledgments.
