In his Director’s report, Jack said staff had recent meetings with PROS4 and Midwest Fiber to explore fiber and security-camera connections to Jackson Park and Hickory Park and to lift stations on Sherman Road. He described the dog park work as on hold until frost thaws and said the wastewater treatment plant plans are finalized with a bid opening expected March 11; bids will return to committee in March and to Village Board in April for approval. Jack said Maple Fields phase 3 has sanitary sewer and the water main installed, pressure tested and sampled; crews are working on service laterals and are roughly halfway complete.
The committee moved to place the Director’s report on file; the motion was seconded and passed. There were no members of the public who addressed the Board during the public‑comment period.
