Price then nominated Laura Davis to continue as secretary; Randall Phillip seconded and the board approved her reappointment by voice vote.
The nominations followed routine board procedure after members said they had been reappointed by the city council. There were no public comments on the officer appointments during the meeting.
The board moved on after the appointments to approve minutes and a separate funding transfer. The meeting adjourned later the same morning.
