In the planning department report and ensuing discussion, staff said definitive traffic data was not available, and commissioners raised safety concerns about vehicle speeds and sight lines on North Loop Drive near Alameda. Commissioners noted inconsistent signage and monitoring and described difficulties residents face entering traffic from local cross streets.
The meeting concluded after the commission moved to adjourn at 6:33 p.m.
