City reports $5 million in museum funding and a citywide historic survey; commission says it cannot block business types

“Senator Cesar Blanco did provide us $1,000,000 out of their appropriations, and then state representative Mary Gonzalez also gave us $1,000,000 out of their appropriations,” the staff member said.
