Public commenter urges juvenile-focused job-training component for jail campus

The committee chair clarified that the agenda item Oliver referenced concerned the existing jail’s water system; no formal action on a juvenile campus or program was taken during the meeting. Oliver’s comments were entered into the public-hearing record; the committee did not adopt any new policy or directive in response during this session.
