Council approves two right‑of‑way closings, confirms two mayoral appointments and an annexation interlocal agreement

The council also approved a resolution authorizing the mayor to execute an interlocal agreement with the city of Collegedale related to property at 8883 Oldley Highway to facilitate an annexation petition by Versailles Land and Development Company LLC. The clerk presented the interlocal agreement as "attached as exhibit A" to the resolution.
