Appointments and personnel: The board appointed Joanna Golden to the nominating committee for a one-year term (motion moved by Trustee Patino, seconded by Trustee Rosenberg) and accepted the resignation of Clay Kaminski from the traffic committee; trustees said Kaminski resigned after being appointed a magistrate judge.
