The Livonia City Planning Commission on May 20 recommended city council approve a waiver use to expand an existing veterinary clinic by connecting two adjoining parcels at 27488 and 274925 Mile Road.
Planning staff said the two properties total roughly 0.54 acres and that the work would join a 3,113-square-foot clinic and a 1,737-square-foot adjacent commercial space, adding a 23-square-foot connector for a combined 4,873 square feet. The site will provide 25 parking spaces; the zoning ordinance requires eight.
