The committee also discussed youth-center programming: Julia will serve as cartoonist for April and May sessions (now held on the first Thursday of the month) and the group agreed to coordinate volunteer support as the youth-center director position will change at the end of the school year.
For communications, members debated using the city’s public-arts webpage (cityofmiddleton.us/publicarts) versus creating a dedicated Arts Committee social-media account. Several volunteers offered to create and schedule posts and to meet after Art Walk to establish social-media responsibilities and a posting calendar.
