The North Logan City Council voted Feb. 18 to adopt a package of municipal code amendments that update the city’s physical address and change the website domain to .gov.
City staff described the changes as administrative corrections that tie to the City Hall relocation and website domain update. The ordinance package covers code sections identified in the meeting as 707, 716 and 301 (presented as ordinances 3707, 3716 and 3701 in discussion) and was moved and seconded by council members; the council adopted the ordinances by voice vote.
Council members thanked staff for catching the items and noted there were no substantive policy changes in the amendments.
The amendments now align the municipal code with the city’s current mailing/physical address and help ensure web links direct users to the official .gov domain.
