OGE expects April publication; slides and legal advisory to accompany finalized Standards of Conduct

Apoll also reminded agencies that some clarifications reflect longstanding OGE advice, and the 90‑day window is intended to facilitate training and administrative adjustments rather than immediate substantive change.
