Mister Springs moved to pass the ordinance on first reading; Mister Reeser seconded, and roll-call votes recorded 'Yes' from the listed councilors.
The ordinance language also declares an emergency and would authorize the Service Safety Director to execute the repair-and-grant agreement and the deed transfer if final approvals follow later readings.
