Council approves endowment distribution, supplemental appropriations and Ludlow Ridge Phase 2 dedication

Bellefontaine City Council adopted several financial and development measures during the meeting, including a resolution approving 2025 investments and expenditures from the Dr. Earl Sloan endowment fund, passage of a supplemental appropriations ordinance (No. 2594) on first-and-final reading, and approval of the Ludlow Ridge Phase 2 subdivision dedication with an emergency declaration to meet a developer deadline.
