"The incident was resolved, the threat was proved to be not credible, but nobody was hurt," the chief said during his report.
Separately, the chief recounted that an accused party in a prior shooting at the Border Gentlemen’s Club pleaded and was sentenced to a minimum of 30 to 60 years in state prison after a conviction on third‑degree murder charges. He credited officers and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office for the investigation.
Community reaction: A parent, Robert Dooley, thanked the chief and mayor for follow‑up meetings and said he wants to participate in planning for reunification and communication protocols. The chief acknowledged remaining questions about when and how schools should notify parents and said that coordination on communication protocols will be case‑by‑case and part of the incident action planning work.
