Commissioners approve consent items, liquor permits, accept police accountability report and move forward on Kennedyville sale

Kennedyville Village: County staff recommended accepting a single responsive bid from LaCrosse Homes, LLC for the Kennedyville Village property (RFP PW25-8) and to proceed with negotiating final agreements including bonding of public improvements; commissioners approved a motion to accept the bid and direct staff to prepare final agreements, noting the county’s current lack of an attorney will delay final contract execution until counsel is in place.
